What's ALLOWED and What's NOT
Terms and Agreement as follows:
* Dumpster must be accessible at all time, for pickup and deliveries and for emergency's
*Lessee or person renting or ordering our container or dumpsters for their site use agree that they have read all terms and conditions set forth and will use reasonable care and agrees to pay for any and all damages that may occur while in their possession for the term or until satisfied.
*Any unacceptable load will be dumped back on site without question!
Such as - Mixed Loads - Loading past Load level sides -
*Heaping Loads are unaccepted unless a special request has been reserved.
1) What's Allowed:
Most - All household and residential junk, building material (kitchen, bath remodel demolition etc..), furniture and debris
Paint cans must be open and fully dried - absolutely no liquids allowed !
Small roof repairs ok - up to 3000 lbs limit
2) What we accept for additional fee, But must be separated from load.

Batteries and scrap metal - ASK
3) Yard waste - Recycle fees apply
Wood, trees and limb's must be separated from grass and leaves in separate loads
No - building material, dirt, or concrete in compost loads
4) What is NOT ALLOWED mixed in load. Period!

* Railroad ties - Ask
* Full roof tear-offs - must be under 3000lbs
* NO Liquids or Hazardous materials of any kind
* NO Oil and tar all other toxic materials are prohibited
* Loading past Load level sides - Heaping Loads are unaccepted unless a special request has been reserved to do so.
5) In addition to, anyone entering our rental agreement:
Caught trying to sneek or hide something in on their load will be charged a minimum penalty fee of $275 or more if deemed so by Landfill, transfer or dumpsite.
Acknowledgment of Liability
Liability for equipment: Customer acknowledges that it has the care, custody, and control of equipment owned by Rent Mini Bins LLC. Therefore, Customer expressly agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Rent Mini Bins LLC, Henry Landscape LLC, Henry Equipment LLC companies or Employees from and against any and all claims for loss or damage to property, or injury or death of person or persons, resulting from or arising in any manner out of Customer’s use or possession of any equipment under this agreement.
Ownership of contents: Customer retains ownership of all contents placed into the container until it reaches a licensed disposal facility.
